How to Protect Your Headset

Avoid direct sunlight: Do not expose your headset or lenses to direct sunlight. Sunlight can damage the display and internal components.

Store safely: When not in use, keep your headset in a secure, dry place.

Transport with care: Use the protective case included with your headset when carrying it to prevent scratches and damage.

How to Clean Your Headset

Lenses: Use a dry optical lens microfiber cloth to gently wipe your lenses. You can also use the wipe included in your case.

Headset exterior: Clean the exterior parts of the headset with antibacterial wipes. Do not use alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or chemical solutions, as these can cause damage.

Steps to Deep Clean the Facial Interface

  1. Fully remove the facial interface from the headset.

  2. Hand wash it in cool water with mild liquid detergent.

  3. Allow it to dry completely before snapping it back into place.
