Your XRHealth Care Plan is a personalized rehabilitation program created for you by your clinician or coach. It includes scheduled sessions designed to support your progress at home. You can access your Care Plan in two ways:
- In your VR headset — your sessions will appear automatically once your clinician has set up your plan. Simply select your daily session and begin.
- In the MyXRHealth app — view your schedule, track your progress, and stay on top of your treatment journey.

How to Access Your Care Plan in VR
- In the XRPortal, select My Plan from the bottom navigation bar.
- The My care plan screen will open, displaying your weekly schedule.
- Select the session scheduled for today.
After selecting a session, a message from your coach or therapist may appear. Read the note carefully, then click Start to begin. - Follow the instructions and complete the session.
Understanding Your Screen
On the My care plan screen, you will see:
- Your completion percentage.
- Total Completed (for example, 0/12), showing how many sessions you have completed.
- Your next scheduled session — click it to begin.
- A weekly calendar displaying sessions scheduled for each day.
Important
Your headset must be connected to the internet for new sessions to sync automatically to your Care Plan.
If you do not see your scheduled sessions, check your Wi-Fi connection and restart the headset if needed.
Viewing Your Care Plan in the MyXRHealth App
- Log in to the MyXRHealth app.
- On the Home screen, you will see your upcoming activities under the Care Plan section. Tap See my full care plan to view your complete schedule.
- Your full Care Plan displays your progress so far, including a completion percentage and how many sessions you have completed.
- Under Calendar, you can see all your scheduled sessions by day. Switch between List, Week, and Month views to navigate your schedule.
Note: Sessions are completed in your VR headset. The app shows your schedule and progress, but to start a session, open and prepare your VR headset.
