Your headset should arrive already paired with the controllers.
In rare cases, if the controllers are not connected to the headset, follow the step-by-step guide below to pair them manually.
Pairing Instructions

Hover over the time display in the bottom left corner to navigate to Meta's quick settings menu.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the Quick Settings menu.

Select Devices and choose Controllers.

Click the Pair button.

Success! Your controllers are now paired with your Meta Quest device.
