This issue may occur on Meta v83.
When exiting an app by pressing the Meta button and choosing “Quit”, the controllers may disappear, and you’ll only be able to navigate the Launcher screen using your gaze.
We are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please follow the steps below.
Option 1: Use gaze to open XRPortal
Use your gaze to select XRPortal from the Launcher.
Once XRPortal opens, your controllers will work normally again.
Option 2: Restart your device
Restart your device (click here to learn how).
After restarting, your controllers should reappear.
How to avoid this in the future
To prevent this issue, avoid exiting apps using the Meta button.
Instead, exit apps through the Pause button.
