The Library is where you can access all of the XRHealth content available to you. With XRHealth, you can launch content in several ways — through your VR headset, through your mobile device, and, in the future, through additional devices.
This article explains how to use the Library in the MyXRHealth app.
For a full overview of the app, see How to use the MyXRHealth app.
Opening the Library
Tap Library in the bottom navigation menu.
Finding content
- Use the search bar to look for specific content
- Filter by Space to browse content by category.
