Getting the App
MyXRHealth is available as a free mobile app. Download it on your phone to get started:
You can also access MyXRHealth via browser at my.xr.health.
Step-by-Step How to Login
- Open the MyXRHealth app on your phone, or go to my.xr.health on your computer.
- Enter your email address and tap Send code.
- Enter your email address and tap Send code.
- Check your email for a verification code. Return to MyXRHealth, enter the code, and tap Sign in.
- You'll be signed in without needing to create or remember a password.
Keep in mind:

MyXRHealth uses a one-time code sent to your email each time you sign in. You don't need to create, save, or remember any password.
