Get started with MyXRHealth

MyXRHealth keeps you connected to your care plan, your care team, and your VR therapy sessions. This article walks you through downloading the app, signing in, and finding your way around.

Download the app

MyXRHealth is available for free on iPhone and Android. You can also access it from any computer without downloading anything.

Tip: If you prefer not to download an app, the full web version at my.xr.health works on any device.

Sign in to MyXRHealth

MyXRHealth uses a one-time verification code sent to your email address. You do not need to create or remember a password.

  1. Open the MyXRHealth app, or go to my.xr.health in a browser.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send code.
  3. Check your inbox for a one-time verification code. It typically arrives within a minute.
  4. Enter the code in the app and tap Sign in.

Note: If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The code expires after a short time, so request a new one if needed.
