How to Start a New Conversation
- Open the MyXRHealth app. Click here for a guide on how to use the MyXRHealth app.
- Tap Support in the menu.
- Tap Start a new conversation.
- Type your message and tap Send.
Once sent, you'll receive an automatic confirmation so you know your message was received. A member of the team will follow up shortly.
Who Will Respond?
Your message is automatically routed to the right team based on what you write:
- ✅ Care team (clinician or coach) — for questions about your treatment, exercises, or care plan
- ✅ Support team — for help with your account, billing, scheduling, or technical issues
- 🔒 Urgent or safety-related messages are always sent to the support team to make sure you get a quick response
You don't need to choose — the system takes care of routing automatically.
Keep in Mind
- 💬 Messages are not monitored 24/7 — for urgent medical concerns, please contact your healthcare provider directly or call emergency services.
- 📩 You'll receive an automatic acknowledgment right away, followed by a response from a team member.
- 📋 All your conversations are saved and accessible in the Conversations section at any time.
