Hi, and welcome to XRHealth. In this video, you'll learn how to prepare your space, set up your headset, and explore the XR Portal on your own. Before we begin, make sure you've got a safe space around you – about 6 and a half feet by 6 and a half feet, without any obstacles. This will help you move freely and avoid accidents. At first, you can use the headset while sitting to get comfortable. Later on, if you feel safe – or if your therapist recommends it – you can move on to standing in a clear area. Let's get started. First, turn on the headset. Then, press any button on the controllers to wake them up. Now, put on the headset and adjust it so it feels comfortable by placing it on your head. Twist the adjustment dial to loosen or tighten the side straps and tighten the top strap until you're comfortable. If this is your very first time, you'll be guided through a short onboarding tutorial. Don't worry – it will show you how to use the controllers and how to adjust the headset for the perfect fit. Now you've reached the launcher screen. First, let's connect to Wi-Fi. Click the Wi-Fi icon. Select your network, and on the next screen enter your password. Click the connect button and you'll be connected and ready. If you've just received your headset, the XR Portal app will need to update. The XR Portal app may show up as greyed out and say "queued". Don't worry, just keep your device powered on and connected to Wi-Fi for the update to finish. This can take around 30 minutes to an hour. Once the headset updates, you're ready to launch the app. Here you can also switch the view, by enabling and disabling the passthrough mode. You can do it on screen as showed, double-tapping gently on the right side of your headset, or pressing the action button on the bottom of the headset, next to the volume button. Another useful tip, if you lose track of what you were seeing, you can always re-center the view, by just holding the meta button on your right controller. Once that's done, enter the XR Portal. Inside you can find various therapeutic applications under different categories, called spaces. For example, click on Reliever Space to see the available applications within that space. Select an application to read more about it. If you want to play it - just click "Start" When you want to stop an environment and go back to the menu, simply press the menu button on your left controller, and select to quit. If you're watching a video and want to quit to the menu, look for the little home icon and click it With the Meta Casting button, you can now share your VR headset view in real time with others on their computer, phone, or any compatible device. Simply select the Web option, click Next, and follow the on-screen casting instructions. Share the link with your therapist or anyone you choose, and they can access it directly from their device. On the website, they just need to enter the code displayed on the headset to start viewing your session. Then, whenever you are ready to stop sharing, press the Meta Casting button again, select the 'Stop Casting' option, and the shared session will immediately end. When you're finished with your session, we recommend leaving the headset powered on and plugged into the charger, so it will be ready for you the next time you want to use it. That's it- You're all set to explore, practice, and enjoy your VR therapy experience.
